{Grain Free} Apple-Cinnamon Granola

Cinnamon-Apple Grain Free Granola

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups raw cashews, crushed

  2. 2 cups slivered raw almonds

  3. 2 tab flax seeds

  4. 3 tsp cinnamon

  5. ¼ tsp salt

  6. 3 tab melted coconut oil

  7. ½ cup diced dried apples

  8. ½ cup raisins

  9. ½ cup sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together cashews, almonds, flax seeds, cinnamon and salt. Add coconut oil and stir to combine.

  3. Spread mixture onto a large baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes on center rack in oven, tossing occasionally.

  4. Add apples, raisins and sunflower seeds and cook an additional 5 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
